The Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) is not currently activated in Saint Martin, but World Food Programme (WFP), in its capacity as global ETC lead, is supporting the response activities coordinated by the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) following the Hurricane Irma.
