Snapshots from the Field: Providing connectivity for refugees and asylum seekers in Libya

The ETS in Libya is now providing lifechanging internet connectivity to persons of concern, including refugees and asylum seekers at a UNHCR Community Day Centre in Tripoli. In a complex environment such as Libya and amid unprecedented uncertainty due to COVID-19, the ability to communicate is a lifeline. Affected communities are now able to access crucial information about the humanitarian response and assistance available to them and keep in touch with loved ones.
