Highlights

• The  ETC  is  providingshared  internet  connectivity and  security  telecommunications to  theresponsecommunity at 14sitesacross three common operating areasin Nepal–Gorkha, Chautara and Charikot.
• The  ETC  held  an ICT  Emergency  Response  workshop  together  with  the  Ministry  of  Information  & Communications  to  initiate  the  development  of  anoperational  plan  covering  the government’s ICT emergency response.
• The ETC continues to train local personnel as part of its objective to build capacity within the humanitarian technical community to ensure the sustainability of deployed ETC services andsolutions.
