A core ETC competence, this course will enable learners to have a good understanding of what a service mindset is and how do we respond with this mindset while delivering ETC services.

 

 

Goals

By studying this module, through practical examples and real-life experiences, you will be able to:

Understand the Service Mindset as a results-focused set of soft-skills to improve delivery to the “user" to increase the common humanitarian impact 

Understand the concept of "user" and describe the basics of goals of service and delivery  

Explain the basics of how you can deliver and improve upon service"
