The Autumn session of the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) Plenary Meeting took place in Geneva, kindly hosted by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). 

The first day of the meeting focused on Cluster Orientation and Humanitarian Architecture – sessions requested by the membership during the last meeting. Day 2 covered updates on global projects, presentation of the ETC2020 Implementation Roadmap and kick-start of the ETC2020 Pilot Projects.  

A number of new observers attended the meeting including Action Contre La Faim (ACF), Electriciens sans frontiers and Inveneo, as well as signees of the satellite community's Crisis Connectivity Charter. A total of 45 attendees from 26 organisations participated in the meeting.
