The first Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) Plenary meeting for 2015 was held on 26 -27 April in Dubai, U.A.E. , hosted by International Humanitaran City. 

The Plenary Meeting was part of the Humanitarian ICT week 2015 alongside ETC Partners' Day and the Working Group on Emergency Telecommunications (WGET) meeting.  Humanitarian ICT Week 2015 was held in partnership with International Humanitaran City and sponsored by Thuraya and Yahsat.
