TESS Request for Bright Ideas (RFBI)
Telecommunications Security Standards (TESS) is an inter-agency project, requested and initiated by the Inter-Agency Security Management Network (IASMN) Technology Advisory Group (TAG) and the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC), and mandated by the United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS). The project is facilitated by the World Food Programme.
The TESS project (stream 3) launched the attached "Request for Bright Ideas" (RFBI) document in late May 2019. The RFBI kicked off an informal and collaborative process to draw inspiration from our network of humanitarian, government and private sector organizations and identify ideas or solutions for specific use cases.
Submissions to the RFBI officially closed on 30 June 2019.
