{TESS+} helps skill up ICT responders in Ukraine

More than ever, there is a need to keep humanitarian responders in Ukraine safe while they deliver life saving assistance amid a war which has left 14.6 million people in need of help and protection.
UN agencies in Ukraine are better equipped to do this, following a comprehensive training on security communications systems run by ETC and the collaborative Telecommunications Security Standards {TESS+} initiative, hosted by the World Food Programme.
