The lives of those living in Kherson oblast, Ukraine, have been upended on the morning of 06 June 2023 by the Kakhovka Dam blast. Humanitarians are working around the clock to support them.

The ETC was there to provide communications support to the humanitarian convoy delivering vital water, hygiene, food & medicines to thousands of affected people.

A new pilot communications vehicle was deployed by the ETC to provide a back-up channel during response missions across Kherson city and surrounding areas.
