The ETC, WFP Rwanda, and the Ministry of ICT jointly delivered an emergency telecoms preparedness training for 32 participants in Musanze. Over four days from 25 to 30 August 2024, national agencies, the private sector, and humanitarian organizations came together to build their preparedness skills and envision a national ICT coordination mechanism.
