The Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) Partners' day  was held on 28 April 2015 in Dubai, U.A.E. , hosted by International Humanitaran City. 

The ETC Partners' Day was part of the Humanitarian ICT week 2015 alongside the ETC Plenary Meeting and the Working Group on Emergency Telecommunications (WGET) meeting.  Humanitarian ICT Week 2015 was held in partnership with International Humanitaran City and sponsored by Thuraya and Yahsat.
